Cigar Signs

I am always flipping my artistic ability. My day job consists of making signs, so naturally I make signs at home also. I hand drew the lettering and then hand painted them. One of these I gave to my brother who loves cigars !!

Harpers Ferry Ammo Box

I have done a bit of research on pre civilwar wooden ammo boxes. I used some pallet lumber and created a stencil. My main concern was to indianize the piece. For some reason I try to make pieces that have some form of native use. The construction was a plain box with a rawhide hinge and a few beads and a broke off arrow point. Maybe it was captured during a battle ? Who knows ??

My art and photography

Here is a headdress and necklace I made with my oldest boy... We were goofing off so I painted half his face slapped some lore on him and took a few pictures. I then converted the colors on the computer . It turned out really cool... I should pursue more photography with my native creations ...

Lunch time doodle

I'm always creating new ideas, here was a quick doodle with a sharpie pen on clear acetate. I may work this out into a larger scale piece here soon.
