Made from buffalo hide I cut them out and inscribed a simple pattern on them. The bear is a very strong animal and respected among the Plains Indian, also is a bone whistle.

Muslin Ledger Dress
I made a simple muslin dress and and drew a ledger scene on both front and back. She holds her husbands coup stick and proudly displays a dog skin bag. Last she wears a parfleche bonnet with a bear paw motif .
Arrow Making Tools
I have a friend shot a moose last fall and I salvaged the legs to skin for a leg bag. I did save a few bones for the tools seen here... A moose toe bone wrench with a square hole, a 3 hole tool with various sized holes and an original arrow shaft sander made from sandstone.

3 Legs Shooting Bag
Ever heard the story of 3 legs ?? Well neither have I !! I put this shooting bag together hand stitched with linen thread and a woven hemp strap. I did make a fine trade with this item.

Horse Mirror Board
